Most browsers have an option built in that lets you clear any temporary history and cache files they might be storing. In Firefox, for exmple, this can be found under the “Tools” menu. Check Your Security Settings

Check underneath “Tools” and then “Internet Options”, then “Security”. Make sure that the Hotmail webpage hasn’t been added to the list of blocked sites.
Reboot
The final step in all computer troubleshooting. The funny thing is that it usually works. Reboot the system, fire up the browser and try again.
